This wonderful piece of land is located by the lake side and is most ideally suited for either an Asthma Hospital or a Thermal Resort. This land is on the top of Ida Mountains by the “Lake side” a beautiful and serene lake suitable for water-sports and fishing, both.

In Greek Mythology, The Ida Mountains (Also known as the Kaz Mountains) hold a very special place in Historical terms because several Greek Gods and Goddesses have lived on these beautiful mountains through the course of History. Right on the top of these Mythological “Ida Mountains” lies this wonderful piece of land (by the Lake Side) ideal for developing a “Hotel” (High Class Hotel) or an Asthama Hospital. This wonderful piece of land directly touches the calm and serene sweet water lake which is the only lake top this part of the Kaz mountains. In other words the place is at the lakeside, enveloped with very, very thick foliage of absolute greenery all around with numerous springs of fresh water in the vicinity of this land which is located in the western part of Turkey.

According to the World Health Organization the amout (rate) of oxygen in the air of Kaz Mountains is very,very,very high against the very low, almost nil carbon monoxide and sulphurdioxide therefore the Kaz Mountains are also known as the “Oxygen Tent” of the World because the Oxygen Deposits are estimated to be the second highest in the world only after the Swiss Alps. Indeed it may not be an exaggeration to interpret this wonderful piece of land as being “A Replica of a Heavenly Garden” to say the least

Right below these awfully fascinating mountains is the city of Edremit which also has an Airport while the gentle climb up the mountains by car from Edremit City to this site is about 35 kilometers. In other words there are direct flights from Istanbul to Edremit City with flight duration of 55 minutes. The road up the mountains is fairly good, reasonably broad as it cuts and weaves through the thick foliage of the mountains right up to the lake above. The size of the land is about 110,000 square feet or about 10920 sq, meters. The permission granted by the local Municipal Authorities is only for the construction of a Hotel or a Hospital. In addition to the 10920 sqm2 of land about 50,000 sqm2 to 100,000 sqm2 of surrounding forests adjacent to this land can be leased out from the Forest Ministry for a period of 49 years for this project for a very, very, insignificant amount of annual rent of about USD per year (annually) so that the surrounding forests could be used for gardens, sports, jogging and recreation activities but construction of buildings will note be permitted in the Forest areas rented on lease. Construction will only be pemitted on 10920 sqm2.;

I recommend that financially sound groups or Holdings could succeed in launching a project for either an Asthamic Hospital because of extra + extra + extra abundance of Oxygen or a Thermal Hotel / Resort. Obviously, Asthamic illnesses are on the rise globally because of pollution and global warming therefore such a project would provide an opportunity for both the investors and the Asthama patients because of plentiful abundance of Natural Oxygen on a unlimited scale therefore this place could be virtually termed as a ”WORLD OF OXYGEN”, a place to breathe the best air in the world. The Asthama Patients could combine treatment and leisure simultaneously.
